The Agilent 4339B high-resistance meter is a precise, reliable, high-speed test tool for high-resistance measurements, such as capacitors, relays, switches, connectors, materials, cables, transformers, and PC boards.
The 4339B's measurement range is from 1.0 x 103O to 1.6 x 1016O , with a basic accuracy of 0.6%. This wide range enables accurate, high-resistance measurements of capacitors, relays, switches, connectors, materials, cables, and PC boards. The 4339B’s triaxial-input terminal configuration provides stable measurement results by minimizing the influence of external noise.
The 4339B has grounded device-under-test (DUT) measurement capability as well as floating one. This measurement capability enables you to evaluate cables and transformers under grounded conditions.
The test-sequence program function allows you to control a series of resistance measurements in a sequence (charge-measure). You can easily set the charge time, measurement interval time, and number of measurements in a sequence through the front panel. The remaining time can be displayed when executing the sequence measurements.
The 4339B has a built-in comparator function (HIGH/IN/LOW), handler interface, and GPIB interface for automated testing. The 4339B also includes a contact check function, which detects contact failure between the test fixture and the device under test.
